Installation of passenger door

I don't see why not. Typical car doors are nothing more than two hinges, some spring mechanics (to help hold the door open at certain angles) and an electrical connection or two. Undo the spring stuff and electrical connections, have your buddy support the door while you undo the hinges, and lift it away! My guess at the weight of a car door is....40-50 lbs? That's just a blind guess though.

The specifics of doing such a job I am unsure of, but I'm sure you could find a manual online. Heck, I used to just go to autoparts stores, read/memorize parts of the manuals they had and then go home and do the job! hope this helps.
