my asus laptap only appears to be able to charge with my phone charger usb type C but that now has also stopped working and whenever the laptop powers on the charging stops. I restart it and it charges but when i turn it back on it stops and continues to flash orange if anyone can help me figure this out without having to buy anything new for it will be much appreciated.

Hi,
What is the model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
If Win 10 is the OS create a battery report to check the status of the battery.
Compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value. For a good battery they should be nearly the same.
It may be that if the battery is failing it may need to be replaced.
