My jbl clip 3 potentially damage due to drop. Sound come up very slow

My jbl clip 3 fell down since the the sound is not comes up.

Very little sound can be hear when close to ear on off Bluetooth connection all working battery charge play back button all responsive.

When I hear sound of song it feels like there is a radio like sound involve while song is playing. Any idea or help ?
