Xbox turns on artifacts appears after 30 sconds and the Xbox turns off

My Xbox One stopped turning on 1 year ago, now i decided to test again and it did turn on but for some seconds, 30 seconds after turning on some artifacts appeared on the screen and the xbox turns off, anyone knows what can i do? or what could be the problem? and sometimes appears ERROR E200 0000001E or E200 0000003B
