My iMac 2011 can't find any networks and if it does it won't connect

Hello, my iMac mid 2011 cannot connect to WiFi or cant find any, my other devices find and connect to wifi except my iMac, it shows "Unable to join the network "namehere""

It does connect very rarely and is only available for 2 minutes or so until I get 0 bytes in a second but is still connected.

I have tried reinstalling macos tens of times and that does not work.

This problem is very anoyying and I cant do anything like this.

Thanks.

Go into your WiFi settings menu > First turn off WiFi > Open Network Preferences (or go directly from within Preferences) > highlight WiFi (if not already). Next click on Advanced then delete the saved Networks see if clearing out the saved networks fixes things.

You'll need to turn on the WiFi and using the AP's password log back into your network.
