First the F02 error code.. then the F11 error code, please help!

●First problem was the error code F02 during the draining cycle.

●"Released the Kraken" at the bottom of the washer and was somewhat amazed with what had managed to end up in there (the drain pump).

●Destroyed the beasts but was embarrassed to realize I was unable to correctly reseal the cap to the monsters dwelling (the drain pump)...

●Instructed spouse to return the cap to the now empty dwelling (the drain pump) in the correct way. (Sealed tight)

●Went to dreamland for that particular night, awoke the next day to eventually check up on the dirty load machine. (HE3)

●Expecting to run a test run(Diagnostic Cycle) to see if any error codes had perished, only to see that now the entire monsters skull (machine top panel) was slightly off point, along with the bottom panel.

●Confused, I went ahead and attempted the test run anyhoo, only to instantly receive the error code F11!

●Attempted a hard reset by removing power source line (unplugged for 20 mintes).

●Plugged in the life source.

●Same F11 code before the washer will do anything.

●Realised that the spouse had removed the top of the washing machine and then proceeded to completely rip it's heart out (the mother control board) or in their words, "carefully removed each wire to troubleshoot potential issues" ...yes...that's why the main piece which holds the board in place has a big portion of it missing. Yes. I believe you handled that mother in a gentle way. *eyes roll

•••There was no attempt to point blame towards any person particularly mentioned in this explanation•••

---Pause for chuckle---

●With or without a hard reset of the washer, the F11 error code is the first to pop up and refuses to leave the premises, even for a diagnostic test cycle.

●So after struggling to accept the horrible meaning of the F11 code, what internal part would one go about replacing dear friends on this forum?

●Shall I replace the mother control board that resides on the top of the machine?

●Shall I replace the motor board that resides on the bottom of the machine?

●Or shall I just accept that one machines repair costs are just too much to bare and should be replaced in its entirety only?

●Did I just go ahead and waste my time asking for help through this forum?

●Even though deep down I knew the answer was already within me...I just had to find it again?

♡♡♡Thanks for taking the time reading my ridiculous ways of asking questions.♡♡♡

God Bless my mess!
