When I am on a call, the person I’m calling won’t hear me and I won’t hear the person. I can’t use Siri I can’t record Voice memos I can’t make a Video with sound. I’ll have to use my AirPod and even with the Airpod my videos still don’t have sound. Help🫠

This is a common fault on the 7 series. There is a trace under the audio IC that breaks from flexation. This fault was covered by apple a few years ago but unfortunately is not available anymore. It might be time to upgrade as the repair cost will be about $100 and needs to be carried out by a reputable micro soldering shop.
