Questions about water damage

Hi!! So unfortunately my Samsung Galaxy S8 got spilled by cold tea which was pretty much almost the whole glass. Ofc I really got scared and started to check on my phone and surprisingly everything seems to work, even the charging port (I checked before connecting it of course and it appeared it didn't got liquid), I connected it and it charged!

I tested almost everything and I see that it still works normally.

I would like to know if the water damage can also take more hours or days to start to showing signs when it was in this way? How else can I check for water damage? I see in the sim tray that it's not red or pink.

I also did the test if my phone still has water resiestency and when I pressed the screen it went from for exampe 982.5 to 893 and quickly came back to where it originally was as soon as I stopped pressing, and I have understood if the number increases it means that it has water resitency but how much?
