My phone freezes when ever I play music or when it makes a sound

My phone freezes when it has to play music,videos,games or when i take a video it has to be on silent permanently it shows system npot responding.. Ive redone the software multiple times at diffrent repairs nothing has hepled so far.. It shows somting about the firmware aswel i th8nk its no firmware located or
