I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It is an LTE with AT&t capabilities. I have my service with Straight Talk. My messenger and internet work just fine but I woke up yesterday morning and I could not make or receive calls. Straight Talk was no help to me. What can my problem be and how do I fix it?

ATT is sitting on this one… It seems that ATT has decided to not support the SM-N950U1 model ( unlocked Galaxy Note 8 ATT phone ) with the 3G cut off. It has the same protocol support as the SM-N950U model which is the model ATT sold in their stores and is supported. After going to the ATT store and 2 calls to support line I have a ticket opened which hopefully they will answer with their decision… Unfortunately, at the moment their is no fix that I am aware. ATT will need to make an executive decision to support the unlocked Galaxy Note 8 on their network or you might need to acquire a new phone… Currently none of the phones ATT sells has an external SD Card and a Stylus like the Galaxy Note 8.

Thanks so much. I was afraid it had something to do with the 5G stuff. That is so disappointing. I had a Note 4 up until a year ir so ago when I got the Note 8 for a little over $300. Had I known this would happen I would have waited.
Literally at the same time around a week ago my phone did exactly the same thing I have straight talk as well as the Note 8 and everything Wi-Fi works well the phone works good except the phone will not make phone calls or receive phone calls it's like it has no signal but it has three bars and full Wi-Fi there's something Network that's got to do with it if anybody figures out how to fix it let me know please
