No video after GPU replacement
No video and fans go to max
2 of the four lights come on on the motherboard

What did you replace exactly!
The Fans go into high RPM when SMC looses access to one or more of its sensors.

I replaced the GPU slapped everything back in and no video showed up,
What display cables do i need? so i can check it
