iPhone 7+ NFC broken and mic bad sound after repair dock and battery

I repaired an iphone 7+ for a customer. Replaced the battery and the dock connector.

Now the wireless charging does work. But nfc and apple pay doesn't work

I remember i broke one standoff screw that was mounted to the board that held a antenna i believe in the upper left portion. See image i marked it white. Under that screw is a screw holder from metal thats normaly mounted onto the board. That is broken from the board. Might be the problem im not sure. And if so how to fix it?

Also the microphone is not as clear anymore when calling. Is that maybe a mis allignment of the microphones on the dock connector?
