My acer laptop's screen stops responding?
my laptop stops responding while screen is on, if am watching video, the video stops and the screen gets stuck, trying to open task manager using keyboard shortcuts, and all others shortcuts(i.e. windows button) stop working. it becomes normal when I shutdown using the power button and I restart again. it does this 2 to 3 times a week. Aspire+v3-571g thanks in advance

Hi,
How much ram is installed in the laptop?
If only 4GB this may be why it is locking up. There's not enough memory to cope

Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that are logged at the time that the laptop locks up.
To see what the event means click on the event for further info.
Search online using the Event ID and Source info in the search term to find out what it means.
To get to Event Viewer, press the Win key & x key (both together) and click on the Event Viewer link.
