Only LED 1 is on and when I unplug my iMac 2013 27 inch

I have the same problem. Only LED 1 is on and when I unplug my imac 2013 27 inch and hold the power and plug it back the fan start running loudly, but still LED 1 is on. Please help as I am really frustrated.
