Weird charging issue - light blinks once

I have changed the charging port and the filter right behind the charging port that was bad. The fuses test fine with continuity. The orange indicator light blinks once and does nothing else. The charge icon in the home screen shows it is charging, but does not charge the battery. Anyone have this issue? All of the caps test great around the charging circuit with no shorts found. The ICs on the charging circuit test great as well. What else am I missing or can possibly test to fix this issue?
