I know it is difficult to fix this. What I want to figure is that whether if this line will broad to be more widely and affect my using experience. And if there will be more serious problem, such as can not light up the screen or something else? Anyone can help me? Thanks in advanced!!!

A vertical line would be caused by the Red dots in that line not being driven. It might be a bad flex strip connector or a bad driving transistor/IC. It does not indicate more failures are to come in the future, but they may. If you can live with the line, do it.
