HTC Evo poor response

I have an htc evo the screen was very poorly responsive i could never hit the the clear button on my notfication bar the f n okeys didnt work unless in landscape mode and the phone literally does everything on its own i can leave the phone flat on the desk and watch it go on the fritz starts calling people going into applications all on its own without n e one touching it thought it was a digitizer swapped the digitizer with another evo thinking it was the screen its self the old screen works perfectly fine on the other phone but my phone is still responding poorly and making calls on its own whaT SHOULD I DO AT THIS POINT THE PHONE IS FLASHED SO I CANT HARD RESET IT (I tHINK) is it the LCD HElppp!!!!!!
