Can a iPhone 5s battery go in a iPhone 7+?
I am only asking because the only replacement battery I have is a 5s one and i have no money to get another one. Just seeing if it is worth it or not.

No, they have different connector sizes, placements, and orientations. In addition to this, you will have to deal with a notification from Apple that your battery could not be verified.
