Apple did not make a 4k in 2020. Go here and identify your EXACT machine and let us know what it is: https://everymac.com/systems/apple/imac/...

Need a bit more information. It depends on which storage configuration you have now. Is it one with just an Apple SSD? or a Fusion Drive? And I assume you mean you would like both macOS and Windows installed, but for Windows to have its own SSD (a 2.5” SATA SSD, I think)?

@flannelist iMac is 2020 UPDATED version without fusion drive, it uses Apple ssd 256gb. it's little storage for both system and don't want fully load ssd so decided put second ssd Samsung evo 850 250gb. need windows for some programs.

Uses the same SSD cable as the previous generations of 21.5” iMac . No additional temp sensors necessary as far as I know. Since you have an SSD only model, you may also need the 2.5” hard drive brackets for optimal mounting, since your unit likely doesn’t have them. It’s not as necessary with an SSD since no need to mitigate vibration, but I am always less than enthusiastic about leaving SSDs dangling on cables or taped into enclosures.

Yep, that looks like the correct one to me! Also, the hard drive mounting hardware seems harder to find. I found a few things, but nothing on amazon, they may not make third party versions of this. This ebay listing is the thing I'm talking about (https://www.ebay.com/itm/144032586607), it actually looks like the OEM one, probably just taken from another unit, mounting screws might be another whole ordeal. There may be third party methods of mounting this, but I don't think it's common to need them since SSD only variants of the 21.5" are much less prevalent than Fusion drive or HDD only models. For all I know it will have this hardware already, but it seems unlikely to me. Like I said it's not vital with an SSD, but it would probably make mounting easier, and look much neater. Even if you're the only one who knows its there.
