Beeping one beep every 5 second and screen is not responding

Hi! I have already googled it and I'm afraid that I already know the answer but anyways, last night I switched both of the rams in new ones.

The new are 8gb ddr3, 1600mhz each. I'm pretty sure that I did everything I order and that the new bricks are in place as they should but the machine is not coming on as it should.

I've tried every command on the keyboard but I'm not using the original apple keyboard (is that a problem?)

Is the next step to tear it down again to double check everything?

Hey Kai Ole Eriksen,

I also face this problem but does not solved. After some google on I could find some solution to recover

my laptop you can also try. Hold the power button for 30 seconds and restart the laptop if the laptop screen

remains not responding then check the internal issue like motherboard.

Five short beeps means there has been a processor error. A damaged expansion card, the CPU, or the motherboard could be prompting this AMI beep code. Start by reseating the CPU. If that doesn't work, try reseating any expansion cards.

Here’s a breakdown of the tone codes If your Mac beeps during startup

Looks like you have bad RAM or its not properly seated, you appear to have the correct RAM {204-pin PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM}
