Kindle 10th White Home Screen
Hi. My home screen turns white after I swipe to unlock kindle. I just fully charged my kindle I’m not sure why the home screen is white. I have restarted many times. Held power button for 40s but no effect. Contacted amazon but not helpful at all.

Can you try powering off the tablet and holding the power and volume down keys on the Kindle Fire? You should see a black screen with text. If you do, you can navigate the menus by using (volume) up and (volume) down keys. Use them to select power off, restart, or start.

Hi. Thank you for the reply. I'm using Kindle 10th generation so there's no volume button.
