my phone is black but responds with a screenshotting noise and notifications, i haven’t dropped it and it is fully charged? ive checked responses but they have all said that they have been dropped

Hi,
As a DIY repair all you can do is to open the phone and check if the display flex cable is securely connected to the systemboard and if so then to temporarily replace the display to prove whether the problem is in the display or the systemboard.
Here’s a video that shows how to replace the display in the phone which may help.
Replacement displays are available online. Just search for Galaxy A71 LCD display replacement to find suppliers that suit you best.
