Xbox turns off as soon as its turned on, its not the power supply.

I have a star wars edition xbox 360, its a 16 corona motherboard, when I press the power button the blue light comes on and it plays the R2 sound effect and immediately shuts off. Before I consider sending it out for a reflow, as I am not comfortable doing that yet, are there any other suggestions I could try. Where should I test the board with a multimeter. My main experience is with installing Trinity Muffin and Ace v3 RGH chips

is your device blinking or displaying red rings and if so could you tell us the pattern as it is used to determine error codes which could help narrow down the source of the problem

No, as I said the blue light turns on them immediately off nothing else happens, fan doesn't even spin up

Can you open up your console and check for bulged or leaky capacitors? I have attached a picture for reference.

Caps all seem fine no signs of leaks or bulging, no Flux residue or signs of solder so not a failed mod. Just the blue light turns on and then off fan doesn't even spin up.
