iPhone 6s black screen but iTunes recognize it

hello.

I have bought this iPhone 6s today. it makes no sounds or vibrations and the screen is black but when i connect it to the pc it recognizes it and iTunes says “to allow connection answer on your iPhone”. I tried two different screens and batteries, i even swapped the motherboard with a fully working 6s but it still makes no sounds or vibrations and the screen is black. Is that a motherboard issue, and how can i fix it? thank you for your help :)

Can you put your IPhone into DFU mode by performing the following steps?

Turn off your ‌iPhone‌ and connect it to a computer using a Lightning to USB cable, and ensure iTunes is running.

Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button on the handset for three seconds.

With the Sleep/Wake button still held down, press and hold the Home button, and keep holding both for 10 seconds.

Release the Sleep/Wake button, but keep holding the Home button for about 5 seconds.

If you performed the previous steps correctly and your phone's screen remained blank, a dialog prompt should appear on your computer saying "iTunes has detected an ‌iPhone‌ in recovery mode. You must restore this ‌iPhone‌ before it can be used with iTunes."

Press OK, then press “Restore iPhone".

i had a similar situation like that. i tried multiple screens, the DFU restore, i also tried using 3utools and tenorshare reiboot. i also tried scrubbing the 3 screen connector ports with 99% ISO and a soft toothbtush (the ones dentists give to free to their child patients are perfect - if you have kids, just ask for a couple extra on their next visit) and let it dry for a couple of days. i also tried (didn’t figure it would work, but WTFN, swapping out the back camera and charging board, but to no avail.

research i did on google led me to the conclusion that it was unfixable by my hands (probably a mobo chip or connection that required microsoldering). ultimately i pulled the mobo and home button and sold them on ebay. since the home buttons are mated to their motherboards if the buyer can get the mobo fixed, they’ll be able to have TouchID available.

at that point, you have a good screen and base, maybe you can find a working (no icloud lock) ihpone 6s on ebay that’s got a shattered screen for cheap and you can cobble the parts together to make a working one.

Shine a torch at the screen when you do a reset. You might just be able to see the apple logo, if so, most likely issue is backlight fuse gone.

If not, a new screen may fix if the current one is damaged inside where you can't see.
