Monitor says no signal but PC is running

So I've just had my power supply replaced and my computer starts up, the operating system boots up and I had a video signal but everything was running really slowly then my monitor just went black and says no signal. I've changed monitors so it's not that, I've changed hdmi cables so it's not that either. The graphics card is set up properly and and everything is connected correctly.

I'll get a video signal for a couple minutes but as soon as programs start booting up the signal goes.

I have no idea what could be wrong and don't really want to take it back to the repair shop cause they kind of took the p*ss. Please help I've not been able to use my computer for 2 weeks now and I just want it to work.

Hi.

What is the make and model number of the PC or make and model number of the motherboard if a custom build?

Also if a custom build what are the PSU specs i.e. make and model and CPU model and amount of ram?

What is the output power rating in Watts (W) of the PSU and is it enough for the GPU card? Check what the GPU card manufacturer has to say about minimum PSU power requirements for the GPU card.

Does the screen stay on when starting the PC and getting into BIOS on startup and staying there?

Have you tried starting in safe mode and check if the video stays on?

Has the PC got onboard graphics i.e. CPU has integrated graphics and motherboard supports it - video connector on motherboard, that you can try in case it is coincidental and the GPU card has a problem?

If onboard graphics work OK then try the paperclip test on the PSU to make sure that it is OK.

If the problems only started after the PSU was replaced (why was it replaced?) and if it was replaced by the repair shop you should really take it back to them as they should have tested it after the replacement to make sure that it worked properly.
