iPhone X Audio IC

Hey guys,

Received and iPhone X with audio issues. I suspect audio ic issues and tried reballing the ic but no success. Do i have to replace the audio ic? i’ve looked around and everything else related to the audio circuits look fine.. help would be appreciated

I have never come across audio problems in the X that haven’t been caused by parts. Have you tried it in a known good housing? There are about three IC’s that control audio U5100, U500 and U4900 that’s about all I know on the audio side of things.

Yep, tried in a known good housing and its the same. Unfortunately even this is my first time coming across an iPhone X Audio Problem...
