iPhone shuts down every 2-3min after deleting microphone

I want to be fully anonymous so i cut my microphones out off my iphone.

now when i reboot it it shuts down every 2-3 min. in the analytics log it says: panic full en then it says: "(1 monitored services unresponsive): checkin with service: thermalmonitord returned not alive with context:\nis_alive_func returned unhealthy : current 3fe3bfffffffffff, mask 1ffffffffffff, expected 1ffffffffffff. Missing sensor(s): mic1 \nno successful checkins since wake (120 seconds ago)", a new dock connector will probably fix it but how do i delete my microphones without my phone tripping like that?

the second time i tried i maked a little hole in the mic with a very fine knife so i was sure the microphone was broken but still plugged in but the same error popped up and the iphone is rebooting again.

i know i can disable my mic in settings but im still dont trust it when doing that. i hope someone haves a answer for this.

hello Newbie911

are you kidding us? You damaged your microphone so that no one would eavesdrop on you? So how do you make phone calls? More important question: which microphone did you destroy? after all, the other two are still working. The microphones can be turned off by hardware in the settings or simply unplug the entire tape - a permanent solution. Write something more, it interested me very much.

PS, by writing here, you leave a trace in the form of an electronic signature of your computer, network router, Internet provider, etc. Why the whole thing with hiding, if less than five minutes is enough to track you down to 1m2

I dont make any phone calls ever en dont give anyone my phone number. and yes i did, I deleted the 2 lower microphones, stung the one in the back and stung the one at the front cam cable. but the error came only from mic1 and i dont know why exactly. I allready have turned off every microphone setting i can find but i still dont trust it. Do you think that taping the microphone will be enough? i am interested i a permanent solution for this and any ideas are welcome. and i thought browsing with vpn and tor was good enough. i didnt see any cookies or something so if you have good reccommendations for that it will be welcome also.

probably a sensor is also attached to this tape. Write what phone it is, I'll try to find a solution asap.

I mean, has your SE2020 been used by someone before, has everything worked or has adventures (like an earlier repair related to ... etc) ?

@tojaert It's a Iphone SE 2020 model. I have repaired the lightning connector and the phone is working fine again. But i still want the mics out haha. i have put some little pieces of tape on both mics but i can still hear everything when i listen in microphone app. i hope u can find something :)

hello again,

I think I have something interesting. Write an email, the address can be found in "view profile/about" tab. Vultures are already circling.

Fixing phones are easy, fixing paranoia on the other hand is way off topic.

It's an iphone related question so i dont see the problem? and maybe there is a good reason, just keep your prejudices plz.

So I’m the one with prejudices? Funny how people don’t see their own prejudices.
