Device won't turn on white power light when plugged in

I have a PS4 slim that will not turn on but when you plug it in the white power indicator turns on and the power and eject buttons make no sound/do anything when pressed. So far I’ve tried a new power supply and experienced same issue. Thinking this is a MOBO issue but can’t find anything online about this issue where should I start to diag the MOBO
