Canon Pixima TS9210 Does Not Print Center Of Picture, Only SIdes

When I print a picture, the sides of the picture print, but about a 1-1.5 inch strip in the center fails to print. I have cleaned the jets multiple times. But, if the jets were clogged, it wouldn’t print the sides of the picture. The paper is HP glossy and I have used this in the past with no problems.
