Walker - left handle is bent & now too short. Can’t get the brake on.

maybe you can bend it back into place, or try to remove it and re-attach it in the right place

Take the handle cover off and insert a broom stick or very large screwdriver into the open end that will give you enough leverage to bend the handle back into place.
