Need help troubleshooting A1708 MacBook Pro, won't start

Have a 2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch (2 Thunderbolt) type A1708. MacBook just won’t power on any longer. I bought a Type -C PowerMeter adapter to see if I was getting any measurements when connected to charger….but no readings at all. I tested the PowerMeter with second MacBook Pro and it works, so trying to figure out what else I can do to try to troubleshoot this. I have attached the pictures of of the PowerMeter working fine on my second MacBook Pro and showing no readings on the one in question. Any help will be appreaciated

Those power meters sure are handy! If you plug the power meter into the live USB cable (not the computer), does it light up by itself? Does it then go out when plugged into the laptop?

Do both Thunderbolt ports on the laptop behave the same way? I had one Thunderbolt port die on my laptop of the same model.

Yes….I have tested both TB ports….I have tested 3 different USB-C chargers…..working fine on the first MacBook Pro…nothing on the second MacBook Pro.

I am leaning towards both of TB ports are dead…..do you know of any other troubleshooting steps I could try? Thanks

Seems unlikely that two ports would just die, unless the controller chip that looks after both ports bit it. At this point, it's kind of beyond customer-level troubleshooting, unless you're skilled at soldering small parts. An Apple Store will look at it free of charge and tell you what's wrong at least, and how much it'll cost to fix.
