How to do a complete backup before battery replacement?
How do you do a complete backup on an iPhone 4s before battery replacement and know I’m getting all my data (contacts,notes,pics,etc.)?

Hello Jeffery,
I see your question. A battery replacement does not hinder with the data but if there is an improper repair then your data could be lost.
Steps to back up to computer.
- Download iTunes if you do not have it already
- Connect the phone to your computer using a USB to 30-pin (Which is the port on the bottom of your phone)
- On iTunes click the phone icon
- There will be a backup option
