iPhone XS restarts randomly and lags

Hello, so my iPhone after upgrading to iOS 14 side buttons are slow to response when pushing wake button screen turns on like 5s after, same with volume. Randomly restarts, like 5 times a day and its pretty annoying. But when i force restart it goes back to normal and works perfectly fine, but after a while it goes back to slow responses and random restarts after restart it works good, but slow responses comes back and it restarts by itself or I have to force restart it. So any solutions? Or maybe do u know any causes of this problem? Before this problems screen and battery was changed, but phone was working good in iOS 13. I didn’t try to restore, but I tried to update through iTunes, but i got an error message. But I can update from phone with any problems, but restart and slow response problem persists. So I checked crash log and found “Problem connecting cpu and peripherals”

iPhone randomly or keeping restarting could be iOS or software-related glitches, to fix it, you could try,

  1. Force restart iPhone.
  2. Restore iPhone via iTunes (data loss).
  3. Fix iPhone restarting by Joyoshare Ultfix, etc ios system recovery tools.

Check if there is and dust and debris in the Phones Volume Buttons and sleep button after all there is a bit of space in between the Buttons and the Plate, if there is Then unscrew and use canned air to clean it out.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think its the problem, because when I restart my phone it goes back to normal.

No, u think it would help? And in panic file i found that there are some errors like "Unexpected SOC(sysem) watchdog reset occured" "no succsessful checkings from com.apple.thermalmonitord since wake" and something with cpu panic

Did this Happen maybe after downloading something?

I think after ios 14 update, but before update I felt freeze when typing last digit off the password.
