How can I correct this on my lg andriod phone

Is this happening when using the earpiece receiver to listen or when in loudspeaker mode or both?
Does it also occur when using the earphones with the microphone attachment when making/receiving calls?
Please verify the model number of the phone in case it isn't a LG K30 as selected by you?
