Ghost touch when plugged in to a PC

I just replaced my iPhone’s display. The display is working fine, but when the phone is plugged in to a computer, the touch screen wouldn’t detect any touches or have ghost touch. I tried to reboot the phone, re-seat the display cables, wipe/clean the display, and removed the screen protector, but I still experience the same issue.

Edit: I also tried to plug it to another computer, but still experiencing the issue.

I tried to clean the contacts of the mainboard and the display cable using a toothbrush with isopropyl alcohol, and this had improved and it now reads some of my touches, but the are still some ghost touches.

You would need to rule out the screen so I suggest trying a replacement one and see if it behaves the same.

@imicrosoldering The original screen also has ghost touch, because it was dropped and it got cracked. The crack is above the display, near the front camera and speaker.
