2015 Patriot turns over but won't start….. Keeps cranking even after I let go of the key…

I hope you found a resolution by now.
Keeps cranking even after I let go of the key…
That feature is called tip start. you just have to flip your key up and let go. You don't have to hold it at start like older cars.

Mine is 2008 and I had the same problem!I towed it to mechanic shop after a couple he called me to come get it was ready!He told me it had a bad crank sensor I don’t know if I heard it right!I was so excited to see my car running again cause I love it so much!Maybe yours has the same problem!
I wish I knew where that sensor is located!
Another issue could be the throttle body need to be cleaned or replaced!Good luck!
