LCD backlight working but no picture

Hi

iPad 7 with backlight working but no picture.

I have plugged it in to a computer and I’m able to see it so I did a software restore with no change.

I have replaced the LCD and Glass but am still facing the same issue?

are there any other steps I can take or does this sound like a board level issue?

Check for missing components around the connectors maybe pry damage.

Thanks for the response.

This device was not opened before I opened it.

I have checked and cannot see any missing components but by eye there very small. Is there a picture somewhere that shows what it looks like? So I can compare it
