What components need to be transferred to a new housing for it to work

The back glass on my iPhone X has been broken for a while and I recently damaged the front screen where it presses randomly. I wanted to purchase a locked iPhone X off ebay and transfer the inner components from mine into the locked one as I thought this could fix both those issues and at a cheaper price. What would be the bare minimum parts that I would have to transfer from my phone into the new one? Ideally, I would like to keep the new battery as my current one is also starting to deteriorate.

I saw this video explaining the breakdown and I do have some experience remaining my iPhones in the past. Let me know what you think.

Just transfer your logic board, camera, screen, Taptic engine and speakers so you don’t get any “this part is not original” and you should be good.

The touchscreen on my iphone is broken though which is why I wanted to use the touchscreen on the new one. Would this be possible?
