Kenmore Elite Dishwasher leak from motor housing

Hi there, my Kenmore Elite started leaking from the bottom a few months ago—I have an infant so have not been able to address the issue until now. A repair person came out, but did not take any measures to actually diagnose the issue. At the time, I was not aware of the process to troubleshoot this issue. He left telling me to call if it keeps leaking. It kept leaking but he never came back :(

So, I shut off the power and removed the front panel, hoping to find some issue with the float—no dice, switch works perfectly. I ran the washer with the panel off, and very quickly saw leaking water (see image below).

My question is: what part do you all think this is? I am happy to learn how to replace these things, but I would prefer to go big from the start (prefer not to disassemble multiple times). The baby is sleeping better, but the project list is long and I would love to fix this the first time ;)
