Top Bracket (with buttons) I have the part, unsure how to install it.

The plastic bezel (bracket with power and volume buttons) has broken on Surface Book 1. I have purchased a replacement. But other than what looks like glue on the part there seems no obvious way to install. Would it have pre-applied hot glue?

Any suggestions welcome, as it is in a sealed mylar package and don’t wish to open it till I understand how it is fitted.
