iMac has no power when lvds cable is connected

My iMac looses power when i try to boot it up with only the lvds cable plugged in (so no display). Led1 turns off as soon as i try to power it on. I need to unplug the imac from power(and the lvds cable), press the power button and then plug it back into the power. It then boots normally just without the internal display. External displays work fine. The lvds connector doesnt show any outer damage. I just put a new lvds connector in and it still doesnt work when the lvds cable is plugged in. And i already changed the cable

Malsor Ramadani did it work okay before "I just put a new lvds connector in" Why did you replace the connector?

I replaced it because i thought it was the connector. It didnt work before and still doesnt work and has the sam issue

Post some good pictures of the connector, the area around the connector as well as the cable end (front and back) with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag
