No Touch ID and bottom speaker after screen replacing

This is my second replacement, same on iPhone 6S Plus. Due to a bad fall I had to replace the screen and also decided to replace the battery.

I’ve already re-opened it and re-mounted twice to check if I made some mistake, but unfortunatly I can’t get TouchID and bottom speaker working.

I haven’t touched the lower speaker during the procedure.

Any help? Do I need a speaker replacement too?

Check to make sure the charge port is completely secure as that’s right by the battery connector. If that doesn’t work, I would maybe try a new speaker and/or charge port. Inspect the home button along with it’s various connections. There’s a cable that runs up the display and then connects to the mother board. Inspect the vertical connector on the top right side of the board as that is the home button connector. Most of the time when I have this issue it’s because the home button cable is defective and I just need to swap it for another screen. But if it still exists then the home button is damaged and there is no way to restore TouchID as that specific button is coded to that specific board.

I’ve tried replacing the speaker but unfortunately without success, still mute loudspeaker.

Sincerely I don’t want to invest other money on an iPhone 6s Plus even if it still works like a charm.
