Is it possible to replace the glass only on the Late 2013 15 Inch MacBook Pro?
I have a crack that doesn’t seem to be affecting the screen but on the “front glass” , was wondering whether it was possible to replace the glass only
so this is the crack? will this eventually kill the entire screen, you’re saying?

No - the display is fused with the “glass”. You’ll have to replace the entire assembly, unless by some miracle you manage to pry only the display off and not completely destroy it.

Are you sure you have a retina model? The Unibody series has a cover glass which can break and not effect the LCD's image.
The retina series has a thicker LCD top glass which if cracked will fatigue the LCD back panel breaking the metal oxide etched circuity on it killing the panel. There is no fix other than replacing the panel or full display assembly.
