I bought my cannon AE1 Program from Amazon and shot with expired kodak color plus 200 film. The photos turned out blue , purple or red color after getting developed. Is it because of the expired film or the camera ?

Expired film most likely, MAYBE film development process. The color variation might be the white balance, film is usually balanced to daylight or tungsten, so if you shot with tungsten film midday they would be blue, if you shot with daylight film indoors in the evening they would be red/magenta/purple.
