Water won’t pump out. Pump works, lines clear

I have a kenmore elite he3, mod#. 110. 44836 300 side loader.

The water will not pump water out.

I cleaned the pump filter, blew out all water lines and I’m sure they are clear.

The Accordion hose from the drum to the pump filter is free of debris and water is getting to the pump.

I took the pump off and made sure it was free from debris, and that the impeller spun.

I disconnected the pump from the housing, and ran the drain/spin cycle,

the pump ran and impeller spun.

The only thing I can come up with is that the pump has lost some power and may not be strong enough to get the water out.

Any help would be appreciated
