My ipad shuts down and enters a rebooting phase once I move it around

My ipad has started to shut down on its own. If i tap it or move it too much it just shuts down and sometimes it just keeps rebooting.

Before it started this shutting down on its own, the screen would sometimes flicker when the ipad was moved. It has fallen twice since my three years of owning it and im not sure if it was damaged in its most recent fall.

Ive tried to factory reset it and at this point im not against opening up.
