Goes into sleep mode (black screen) when playing video

I’ve been having this issue for awhile now, and researched on the internet but haven’t found anything that I can take action on yet to fix it. Basically, it seems that when it gets overtaxed, I get the black screen, and then it goes into sleep mode, and at that time if hit my space bar, it will wake back up. But once it happens once, I only have about 5-10 seconds before it does it again. It will do it 3-4 times, then it’s unresponsive because it’s shut down. (during those 5-10 seconds, I try to close all of my windows to try to prevent it from going black again, which sometimes works.

It seems to happen most when I’m playing videos, and have a lot of browser windows open. I think it’s some sort of memory issue, or graphics card maybe? I have 32 GB of memory (the original 1600 MHz DDR3 that came with it). The graphics card is the original AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 GB that came with it. I use the Memory Clean app, and out of 32 GB, I’m using running with only 3-6 GB free, with my browser window and Mail window open.

Also, I do run dual monitors, I don’t know if that factors in?

Does anyone have any ideas, and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

ALSO: I did used to get overheat notifications, though I really don’t get those as much anymore.
