Can I make the usb power to skip the button to turn on.?

My power button do not work, and cannot turn on my cintiq. Is there any chance i can make to skip to press the button to turn on. Like if i plug in usb c on the device , the device directly turn on.

Wake on power is likely a firmware only thing, or even a custom hardware thing. Not something the consumer could do IMO
