What is this part and where do I connect it?

27” iMac late 2009

This came out stuck to bottom edge of motherboard. I did not see cable connection point.

Now that video card and can has sent replaced I need to put system back together.

Until I know where the imaged part goes I’m not able to complete my repairs.

Answers are greatly appreciated.

I don't think you identified the correct system. Your images are thumbnails not large enough to read the label

Lets do this locate the serial number on the bottom of your systems foot and plug it into here EveryMac - Lookup tell us what it returned.
