Replaced Apple Watch LCD Screen Won't Turn On

I’m performing a screen replacement for the Apple Watch Series 3. The glass was shattered so I removed the glass and adhesive from the LCD screen and reconnected the LCD screen (it worked). After gluing the LCD screen to the digitizer and reconnecting the battery, the screen no longer works. I think the ribbon cables connecting the screen to the watch may be scratched (see attached images), or I may have applied too much adhesive. I also tried charging the battery and reconnecting all the cables - the screen still doesn’t work. Any thoughts on if the ribbon cable connectors look damaged or any other possible causes for the screen not turning on?

The photo of the ribbon cable isn’t great. It isn’t advised to change out just the glass on a display like this - should replace as one unit or risk damaging the display.

Hello @spilmer! Unfortunately not. I think the ribbon cable assembly may need to be replaced and soldered to the board

ribbon cable assembly at my case is OK. Maybe connector? I will try different display assembly... But i was super careful and this is not my first digitizer replace. Ribbon replace looks difficult :(
